A Little About The Owners

Robert James Hovey

Robert is a paragon of lifelong learning and the pursuit of excellence. After completing his Bachelors of Physics: Hon. Biophysics at Concordia University, Robert went on to pursue further study in the field of Health Sciences, earning a B.Sc Biology, B.Sc Cell and Molecular Biology, and a Masters Degree. He is currently undertaking an MD/PhD at McGill University, with a research focus in Experimental Pathology dealing with glioblastoma multiforme. He is the founder and current president of Citadel Sports Performance; a pioneer coaching service in powerlifting and strength training. Prior to 2016, he also worked as a First Responder for St John Ambulance, where he obtained Level II BLS certification.

Robert is 100% a people person. He has a natural propensity to lead and a manner of dealing with each individual that is unique to their personality. He is the calm, guiding personality that will help you navigate the challenges of business and asset management. He is a wealth of knowledge and has years of experience to support his extensive range of diverse skillsets. If there is one person you need to help drive your business forward, it’s Robert.

In his free time, Robert enjoys travelling, powerlifting, and keeping up with the business community.

Robert is currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Business Management, with plans to pursue a split career in Business Management and Neurosurgery.

Ryan Charles Baxendine

Ryan is a passionate educator, First Responder, and Musician. After obtaining his B. Ed Eng/Hist/Mus from McGill University (Montreal, QC), he spent the last seven years teaching various subjects to both adults and children, including Science, Music, History, Successful Practices, Communication and Business Orientation. Prior to teaching, he was a co-owner of Paradise Landscaping, he managed and recorded for musical artists including Rob Lutes, and Marvin Denis, and began writing a novel. He holds valid certification of First Responder BLS Level III (highest in QC), and maintains licensing with the Association Quebecoise Benevole Recherche et Sauvetage (AQBRS)

He thoroughly enjoys every aspect of the teaching and learning process, and this translates directly to how he does business. Whether it is educating a client on new booking procedures, or spending time learning about your needs as a prospective client, Ryan expertly breaks down the complicated inner-workings of business to a level that is easily understandable for new and veteran clients alike.

Ryan also spent the last five years working with the Pointe-Claire Volunteer Rescue Unit; an EMS unit in Montreal’s West Island, where he currently holds the rank of Captain, and leads a team of 32 members. He is currently working on a Certificate in Sciences from Concordia University (Montreal, QC). Future endeavours on his radar include obtaining his pilot’s license, serving in the Canadian Armed Forces reserve corps, and pursuing an MD degree in Family Medicine.

In his free time, he enjoys coffee, hiking, playing saxophone, and powerlifting.
